Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I'm very disappointed in the quality of this company. Our insurance bill increased multiple times over a period of months and when we tried to contact our agent to see why no one would answer, if on a rare occasion they did answer we would leave a message and no one would return our calls! Very poor communication!! Then, when we finally talked to our agent and cancelled all our plans with them, they took multiple days to finalize this and said we would receive a refund because they had billed us again and that took three weeks to get back and it was a check in the mail $50 short. We called to find out why it was short and after being transferred to three different offices they pretty much said they don't know and we are SOL! If I could rate them zero stars I would for the

Megan Sanders did an amazing job handling my quote for my auto and home owners insurance. She’s very knowledgeable and she took the time to make sure my questions were answered. Everyone should have an insurance agent like Ms. Sanders!

I have been with this company about 6/7 years. Car insurance, life and rental. They absolutely do not appreciate your business!!! If you have teenage drivers do not go here! Received wrong info multiple times and was told that I was lying about it. Even by upper management. They were extremely rude! All of these years and the only incident is my teenage driver had an accident. This is why we carry insurance right?? It’s an inconvenience to change all my stuff somewhere else. Sad you spend so much with a company that does not appreciate your business and when the time comes they have to pay out you are treated terrible!

Bunch of crooks. Got a business policy and want to cancel it. They flat refused to cancel it, instead tried to sell me more insurance! They never answer their phone, I have been forced to go through their Indy office and have them email the Columbus office, then wait a week for them to call and try to sell me more! Going to report them to the BBB, and put a stop payment on them. Don't know what else to do, since they won't talk me.

I have worked with Bob Hendershot for years. I never feel like he is trying to sell me something which I do not need. He looks out for my needs and seeks to get the most cost-effective insurance for me. When I have a claim, he treats me like a neighbor or family. Two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻
