New to Columbus in 2013, we blindly chose one insurance company after another -never satisfied with the service. We purchased our home in 2015 and our new neighbor suggested we call Shepherd Insurance. He said they were easy to work with and very affordable. I'm so thankful I listened! The office staff is courteous and helpful. CJ Williams goes above and beyond to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She is very responsive to my emails and provides same day results. We've added two teenage drivers, purchased/traded 6 vehicles and added coverage to our policies more than once. CJ is always patient and a pleasure to work with!
