Service is poor, can't get an answer on one call. Often having to call back multiple times just to get answers. After being hit with a nearly $150 per month increase after trading vehicles, I switched all vehicles to State Farm, mirrored my limits and ended up saving over $100 per month on the car alone, motorcycle went to half and homeowners stayed the same.
