Big thank you to Ihry Insurance. The receptionist is amazing. She can answer many questions and when she can't she will find the answer and call you back or hand it off to an agent. Its really special when an owner/agent spends time with you to answer questions and then make you feel you are the only client for him that day. It gives you the small town feeling. Doesn't get any better.

Fast and Friendly Service! Recently, our son moved out of state, which meant he had to find his own insurance coverage. Ihry Insurance was there to help us out. Shane was quick to reach out and provide him with options for both Renter’s and Auto Insurance. He took the time to have a conversation with our son; to explain and review his options. Our son appreciated the contact and, after their conversation, felt very comfortable with his decisions. Shane also worked at making sure he was getting the right coverage at the best rates. Wish I could leave a subzero review. Scheduled an appointment with an agent (Dustin) on October 1st to request quote for home and auto insurance. We met and he said he would email quotes the next day. I didn't receive them. I contacted him again on October 4th and he said he was waiting on one quote and he would email me in a day. By October 9th I still hadn't heard from him so I called again. He was able to give me the quote from one company over the phone. They were much higher than I was currently paying so I declined his policies. I was also concerned that this would be his way of responding to any possible claims in the future.

Ihry Insurance is a very good business. I appreciate all the time they spent answering ALL my questions. The agents are very professional yet very friendly. I have confidence that will always help me, if need be.
