She was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about finding the best coverage for my needs—I highly recommend her!. I WOULD NOT recommend Doug H to anyone! HE did not meet my expectations. Since switching to Great North Insurance Services I have had no regrets. I honestly wish I would’ve switched sooner. They have been helpful, attentive, prompt, kind and always available when I need a change on my policy or just have a question. Sydney has been wonderful to work with! I never have to worry if something will get done because she is so on top of things. She made things a breeze for me to get a great rate and the coverage I needed. During a few claim situations my claims rep, Kayla, was able to review my coverages with me and help me decide if would be in my best interest to file.
