Great personnel. When it comes to filing a claim the insurance company is not friendly.

Canceled auto policy after 30 years. Called Friday 2/23/23. Explained to the representative that the policy had been going up every billing cycle. Person told me that loyalty didn't matter. The reson we have that agent was because of the previous agent at that location, Mr. Ernie Soto, very friendly people person and willing to invite us into his office to explain our policy in detail ; we have yet to meet Mr Puente after all of these years of being a client .I guess thats the All State way.

Ignacio has a great team working for him.. I relocated to Nashville in 2018 and returned in 2021. I didn’t hesitate to look up Mr Puente for my insurance agent…. Thank you all for what you do…

I would like to share my experience with an agent named Hazenet Saldaña, as I’m not one to leave reviews. I called last week about purchasing car insurance as a new customer, and had the pleasure of speaking to Hazenet. She gave me super quick service, she was so kind on the phone and you could hear the caring tone in her voice. She was very memorable. I actually thought about that experience all week. You should definitely ask for Hazenet, she’s a winner!!! Thank you so much!
