I came to you through Ideal Insurance Agency Inc. in 187 East Ludlow MA. The person who answers the calls is really rude and has a bad vibe. The other lady who sold me the insurance, Tracy Negron, treated me much better and looked for ways to help me, although she didn't look for as many pricing options as I would have liked, she also didn't ask me questions to find out exactly what I wanted, but she helped me with the basics that I needed. Another thing I didn't like was that she told me that I should be able to pick up my car at the dealership the next day, and when I arrived (I had already made plans with my family to go out for a ride) when I got to the dealership, they told me that the insurance company didn't contact them... I wasted my time and my family commitment. They didn't do t

50-50 with the service, they are never busy but very very slow to do everything. Im genuinely confused with this company. They have great prices for some things and then overcharge for others. They go through Mapfree insurance or Commerce insurance as their provider and they can do great things like go to the DMV for you and get you a plate right then and there but you cant customize your plate there. They dont know about certain aspects of the law or what certain things are. Progressive offers and on/off road insurance for vehicles, specifically dual sport vehicles like supermotos, dualsports, Enduros, some UTVs, custom builds, etc... but Ideal has no idea what those are.
