I’ve been a customer for many years and love having a local agency to work with.

This is the first time I have ever had an issue with the currier service. Dropped a title off and RTA paperwork to register my camper. Its been over a week and no plates. If I knew it was going to take this long I would of gone myself. And when I call to find out the status I get different stories, Starting to think they lost my paperwork. Oh well I don't wanna use my camper or anything.

The people there are very nice but I went there years ago because I had poor credit. I financed a car and when I finally owned it I went down to basic coverage. I also had another vehicle on my policy with same coverage. Why was I paying over $300 a month for both vehicles. When I went to see if I could get my payments lowered they said I had to wait until it was time to renew the policy. Well that came and went and it was renewed automatically without them reaching out. So I switched to a well known large TV friendly insurance and am now paying $30 bucks a month for the same coverage and with 2 vehicles. I am almost 50 yrs old with a spotless driving record for over 15 years, why was I paying more than my 22 yr old son who has full coverage for 1 car. I can understand a smaller company ch

My “glass claim” went very well. The windshield was replaced by Griswold Glass and Curry Nissan recalibrated my Altima. Hub International was excellent and very helpful. I never had a cracked windshield and did not know the procedure, but they really helped me along the way! Success! So happy when a plan comes together!

I little over a year ago I took my business elsewhere. When my policy renewed there was an increase in my premium. The problem is that it happened with no notice, no updated documents and 0 communication. My notice was my first bill. My parents kept their insurance through Hub despite me advising them against it. They missed a single payment on their home insurance for their first time. Hub took a full month and an additional day to contact my parents about their lapsed coverage. Over a full month without without home insurance, and 0 communication from Hub. Terrible communication. I was disappointed before, but this last issue was unacceptable.
