ICA Agency Alliance is probably the best cluster agency out there! They are so helpful, responsive and professional, and I believe that I couldn't have made a better choice on where to start my independent Agency. The quality of knowledge from everyone on their staff is top notch. Their underwriters are very knowledgeable and their response time is fantastic! ICA also provides well seasoned professionals that will help you to create your own logo and website, and the best thing about it is that it doesn't cost anything extra, and they do most of the work!!! Life if a lot less stressful with a team like this on my side.

Sarah Bakkar, Sr Graphic Designer, has worked with me on all my agency designs and prints. She is very patient and also has so many great ideas. She asks questions and then takes the information and creates exactly what I need. She is very talented and has the best personality. You can tell that she loves what she does!
