I submitted my GAP claim for a totaled vehicle on 9/18/19. Today, 11/1/19 I called to check the status of my claim and finally was told that my claim was approved for the total amount! Over $7,000!!! WOW!!! I have seen a lot of negative reviews for this company, but I am here to tell you that those are not well deserved. The employees are nice and helpful. I called every few days and the employees encouraged me to do this to keep up on the latest happenings of my claim. Specifically, Anna, took 30 minutes of her time to ease my frustration and explain the process to me of why people post so many negative reviews when IAS cannot help with them a claim. It is a long process with a lot of waiting...but as long as you submit all the requested documents, have no missed payments on your loan or
