OVERLY PRICED INSURANCE. I was told today that it takes 5 day's to cancel an auto draft that's been set up for years. When another insurance company told me that it could be done the same day. The office staff is no help. I had to get a tow only to have them tell me the towing website was down, and they didn't know what else they could do to help me. I have been with them for years, my son and Mother also have policies with them. As of today I have canceled my car insurance to go with another provider. Gary wanted to give me a run around about having and submitting a signed document stating I wanted to change my insurance to another carrier. They are an independent agency, and this is what you get. After all the $$ I paid them over the years to only be treated like a dog. I DO NOT RECOMMEN

I cannot say enough about Garry Calhoun. We had a major problem with our house insurance at our renewal time. In a complete panic I called the Humphrey, Stump and Haynie Agency (I have to say I randomly found on our insurance agency’s website). I was connected with Garry and in literally 10 minutes he put me right at ease. He was so informative and knew exactly how to fix our problem. In less than 24 hours everything was fixed- he is amazing. If you need a great agent Garry is your guy. Thank God for him.

Unreliable and devious outfit. They canceled our family auto policy due to two no fault accidents - one was a drunk driver and the other was a hit and run - neither was my son’s fault. They did not put any documentation in the incidents so it would only appear a negative incident when we sought a new policy elsewhere. Their antics were only beginning. In the same conversation, I told them that we were canceling our homeowners policy since we wanted a multi policy arrangement with whomever we selected for our new policies. Even though they knew the policy was to be canceled, they accepted a second insurance payment on my same residence. This meant 2 policies on the same house. Local and family owned. They really care about there customers community and employees. I cant say enough good about this place. They have a business to be proud of for sure.
