Tina Hicks was amazing when I gave her a call. I lost my previous agent due to retirement and when I called her to switch to Darrell Holland she was very kind and walked me through the process. I have experienced nothing but professionalism with Tina Hicks. With being in customer service myself for over 45 years, Tina's customer service skills are very much in line of exceptional service. It is always very pleasing to have someone on the other end of the call being attentive to the direct need and being very informative in what she does each and every day. Tina Hicks is amazing, quick with quotes, service and rates. When you have a flat, a policy change, or whatever the request I have never been left hanging. Some won't pick up the phone after hours or the weekend, this isn't the case with State Farm.
