Humana

Have had Humana for years. Was okay until this year. Just spent an hour on the phone arguing about being charged sixty bucks coinsurance for going to an "out of network" doctor. This doctor was working at my clinic. Said she understood but, the claim had already been paid and there was nothing they could do about it. Huge delays in paying providers forced many to remove them from accepted carriers. Including my Allina clinic and health care team. Reductions in Go 365 reward plan, discontinuance of OTC benefit, and big increases in deductibles forced me to look elsewhere. Customer service is a joke! Would rate lower however, one is as low as I can go!

I have medicare. I also have a Humana Drug plan. Called 1st time back in Oct to change my medical to include a rx plan. 5 times now have called humana and ALL 5 TIMES I was given false information re my clinic and Dr being in my plan. 1 time humana rep actually canceled my medical and only left me in a RX plan and when I called back to verify all good after being told everything is fine I found out about that error. Now called for th time to correct things and was told I have to call back for the 6th time Jan 3rd 2023 to FIX THEIR MISTAKE AGAIN. This is NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE. Humana keeps screwing up telling me everything is good but it is NOT.
