Susan’s partner Patrick has the exact same lazy/ incompetent personality as Patrick from SpongeBob. You’ll have to deal with him for policy changes, but has a general disdain for doing work Update Feb 25, 2026 their office has held my request to change my policy, claiming that there is an issue in their system since December so they are unable to decrease my policy. lol this place is a joke. Retaliation is their default instead of taking simple action to decrease my plan smh.

I have been with Pat and Susan for 26yrs and even when i first joined at a young age they explained everything to me. Anytime I call if available they take my call but if cant they always get back to me within the day. I have multiple lines with them and appreciate the way they treat me. Thanks Pat and Susan, along with your staff!

My original review was based on a miscommunication and even before they received the notification of the review they tried to follow up. I will say phone calls are probably the best way to communicate here but they were very kind and helpful once we were able to connect.

I have been with Susan and Patrick for over 20 years. That being said, I have been completely happy the entire time. This team is more than insurance agents, they feel like family and care about their customers. They are always happy to hear from me and are brilliant with creating custom packages that maximize coverage and price.
