Humana- Amber Reed

I signed up for Humana RX/Medicare because I HAD to pick a pharmacy benefit plan. Of course I picked a plan that would cover the drugs I am currently on…most of them are generics and dirt cheap, no brainer. They found ONE drug that I have been on for SIX years successfully, and in all of their great pharmacy and medical training, decided they would NOT PAY for it, unless I switched to something else, less effective, problematic, just because they can, and are holding up my meds that i need to live!! They told me the appeal process could take 7-10 days. I told them by that time I could be DEAD! This is a terrible company. They say one thing and do another.
