i have home insurance with them ,whenever i phone this company they are helpfull and polite, specially my officer responsible lady miss isaray (isa) is very responsible and good worker person she is great girl, thanks her and esteralla company owner appreciate them

Despite the many hours I had to wait, when the tow truck finally arrived I, the man who was operating it was so kind and professional that I forgot all about the long wait from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. That's what they need to improve.

Getting through was a challenge. Asked for a quote and got a fairly good one. Was told I would get a call on Monday morning since the banks were closed. Did not get a confirmation on coverage or follow up on Monday as promised nor an explanation of why. Customer service sucks!

young woman I spoke with was very friendly, but not very knowledgeable, but I was in a rush to get inexpensive insurance, which it was not. I never received promised documents and she gave me incorrect Ins. company info.

Twice sent me id cards with no mention of insurance duration, why those usually show effective date and expiration date?
