Service was prompt, professional and personal. Evan canvassed the market to find me the most economical policy and then analyzed the policy coverages to customize the policy to my needs. Brightway will be my "go to" insurance agent in Florida. I just wish he could also be my agent for insurance in N.Y. as well.

I was able to get a Homeowner's policy that saved me almost $3,000! Matt Baird at the Delray office was extremely efficient and everything was done in a timely manner and communication was spot on! I also used his inspector for my 4 pt and wind mitigation reports, they were also done in a timely matter and scheduling was easy. ($175) I am very pleased with the handling of my policy and hope I won't have to continue to shop around every year... and that my agent will continue to do well for me.

Contacted other Insurance choices and found Brightway more competitive than others.

Worst company I ever dealt with in the insurance industry. Deal directly with the Underwriting Company in my case it is All-State and Castle Key. This company Brightway took my condo policy from $1200 annually to over $4 thousand never told me never billed me ,instead they went to my mortgage escrow . The coverages were minimal and I mean minimal , I went directly to All-State and Castle Key . Needless to say all my needs were met at half the price with double the coverage. Stay away from this company Brightway safe yourself from the aggravation. I have owned 5 properties in the state of Florida had dealings with multiple insurance agents never had I experienced anything like what they
