Called for a quote got voicemail left message. No call back after 4 hours so tried again and spoke with a man who claims oh i was just aboit to type that in takes my info with understanding i needed it for the same day says he will call me right back still 2 days later and no call back !! Apparently it just depends whom you are wether they will help you find a good rate or not. Never again their loss concidering i was paying entire premium upfront !!!

Melisa is more then helpful and they treat you fair. :). I've always been happy every time I call.

Very overpriced!! I canceled my insurance with them and the next month they charged me anyways claiming they would issue a refund but didn't give me the full amount they took. Go elsewhere!!

Simple to work with, they explained everything so I could understand. Best of all they saved me money on my business (auto, general liability & work comp) insurance!
