If you consider a local agent you should understand that Mr. Davidson will only be of assistance to sign you up. After that, if you have questions or issues with your policy or billing he will not have even the courtesy to respond to your emails. He won’t even let you know he might be busy and had to pass it off to other members of Goosehead. You will have to call the hotline number and sit on hold all day. If I could put less than 1 star I would.

Andrew is very professional, answered all of my questions very thoroughly, and even brought up things I hadn’t considered. I’m very happy with him and we even saved money when we switched from our previous company!
