Absolute worst company I’ve ever seen. I’ve been trying to get a call back to do business with them and add a policy for 10 days. I’ve called 3x a day for 2 weeks and no one will call me back. Business must be that good where you decide you don’t want an easy sale. I’m removing everything from them now. Edit - I should have known. I tried to call this Laura person and left a message yesterday. Did she call me back? Nope. Par for the course.
These people will not return your call. They are always out of the office. Do not bother with them.
