My vehicle rates went up $200 a year. They have both my home and vehicle as a bundle. I called to ask them about shopping it around for a better rate. Left a message with contact number. They didn’t return my call, I had to call them back. Once speaking with them they said they would check for better rates and let me know before I needed to renew my policy. I never heard anything back from them. I’ve been with Riddle for years no claims, accidents or violations and was never treated like this. If this is the norm for basic customer service then I would hate to see what trying to file a claim is like. Once these policies, expire I will not be back. Inexcusable customer service. I've quoted many companies, and riddle was not the cheapest but they will take care of you. My parents had a claim during the ice storm (like everyone else) Cincinnati insurance took great care of handling their claim in a timely and professional manner. They even replaced damaged trees! Micah is my agent and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Awesome is all I can say. Save yourself trouble and money surprisingly by choosing this locally owned insurance company. Nice to have someone local to call in case you need questions answered. Someone that actually might remember you and your policy. Drew has been great to work with. Responds to calls and is available.

Just signed with Riddle Insurance. Saved me a lot of money. I would have never thought I could have saved that much. Happy for the great service as much as the savings.
