I was pleased with Shattuck and Grummett and used them for vehicles, boats, my home, and referred many of my own clients there. Since moving to HUB, it has been extremely difficult to get agents on the phone or calls/emails back in a timely manner. I recently discovered my mortgage company force placed me into insurance after a payment issue. Apparently it is HUBs policy to not notify clients of a loss of insurance. I would not use HUB if communication is important to you.
