Budget Insurance

Worst place to call they never pick up, I’ve emailed them about my car insurance months ago never replied and last week did the same and never got a call back when they said they would. Very frustrating!

Horrendous customer service, dishonest and/or very incompetent. Working with them has become an absolute nightmare. I've been trying to RENEW my insurance for 22 days now. They can't get it done and now my business cannot operate because I am now past the absolute deadline for my insurance to be renewed by. I now have to go elsewhere for insurance, I'm just waiting for this different company to approve my application. I should have gone elsewhere long ago but Budget kept telling me they could get it done by the deadline. Trusting them (stupid idea) has hurt the business, the customers, and the employees who can no longer work until we get insurance again. I have lost all faith in Budget to ever be able to even just renew my insurance plan.

I moved to Budget with my first car long ago, they have always treated me well. When dealing with insurance, it's always great to work with a friendly voice than an automated system that goes to someone I can't understand. Making changes to my policies are a snap and hassle free. Thank you Budget, Sam is great!

There is not a no star option. I have called multiple times and tried multiple extensions, and I have sent an email with all of the information with my insurance needs, and have not got any response in almost a week. I am not even sure they are still in business. Really wanted to to work with a local business. Disappointing to say the least!

I won't go anywhere else for home owners insurance. I have used Budget for over 20 years regarding 5 home transactions, and every time I use them, they are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, quick to reply to correspondence and their rates are pleasing! Thank you Budget for everything! The Dixons
