Covid is over but still have business hours listed on door BUT "By Appointment Only" listed under sign. Took 3 weeks to get a call back to file a homeowner claim, but then sent me to underwriter to file claim. What do these people do, and when are they available?

I had my Businesses bonding and insurance through this company. For the past 2 weeks I have been unable to get assistance from my agent Shelly in the commercial insurance department. They have cost me thousands of dollars because I couldn’t get my insurance set back up for the summer season. I called State Farm and they have been amazing. My personal auto policy expires June 8th and I will be canceling that with HUB as well. I have left messages with the receptionist as well as MANY messages directly to Shelly’s voice mail stating the urgency of my issue and have gotten no response. I will never do business with HUB in the future and have never felt so insulted by there lack of professionalism. This company lost a customer that has been faithful long before they Bought our Progressive. Suc

The jury is out, still waiting on a reply to a request concerning my commercial policy. Considering changing agency. No fault of the representative I spoke with she was polite and informative. I've been with them over 10 years, I miss John kolher, things were different before HUB took over his customers. And then there was Covid, no interaction on a personal level.

Dysfunctional business, poor customer service. Came here looking to get liability insurance for my company, tried calling multiple times and going to the office in person once, was put on ten minute holds and finally just told someone would call me back later every time I called, and when I went there in person they just took my name and number and said someone would call me. Have never heard back any of these times. Taking my business elsewhere

It is very hard to get anyone on the phone and if you do, they don't know what the other hand is doing. Also, they don't except cash or credit cards for payments. They need competition or someone else to start a company in Fairbanks that will care about the customer experience.
