I have been a customer of Loa for over ten years. We had a house fire back in 2016. She came to the house, walked it with us as well as the fire marshal. She was kind, supportive and helped us to get the resources we needed. At the time I was pregnant and had four kiddos. She also found that we did not have something on our policy that we all assumed we had, and went to bat with national Allstate to insure that we were properly compensated. This year I have worked with Jessica in her office and we were able to lower my monthly costs and ensure that all of our assists had the best coverage. I have stayed and will stay with this office because of how they have treated my family every year and especially when we had the house fire.

Loa Carroll-Hubbard has been our insurance agent for years. She has always been wonderful to work with and we felt so comfortable knowing that she was there for us.
