Iwhom it may concern , where can we complain , who can help home owner , tires of trying to get in contact my flood insurance was ecpired on the 22 of this month and they agent renew I needed evidence of flooding insurance for condo association policy. The declaration page was not available for purchase on EOI Direct. The certificate also did not have all of the information my lender needed. When calling to get what was missing, everyone I spoke to was not helpful I have been trying to get all of the insurance information for almost 4 weeks now which is delaying my refi. I needed evidence of insurance for a master condo association policy. The declaration page was not available for purchase on EOI Direct. The certificate also did not have all of the information my lender needed. When calling SWP to get what was missing, everyone I spoke to was not helpful and said "well EOI direct should have everything you need" but it did not which is why I am calling you. They twice told me to fax them a letter saying what I needed. They faxed me instructions to get on EOI Direct both times. I have been trying to get all of the insurance information for 2 weeks now which is delaying my refi. I am on the board at my condo and we will look at renewing with someone else due to this poor service.

I have called four times last week asking to add my son to my auto insurance policy. I’ve been told that somebody would call me back. Nobody has called me back. I guess I have to beg for them to serve me. The service stinks to say the least. It’s very obvious to me nobody in this company wants my business and they take it for granted. My business is not valued to them.

I have been trying to get a copy of the Wind Litigation Inspection for Karanda Villa III. I was given ext 3094 to ask for this document. After ONE WEEK of contacting this ext. I have not recieved a return call nor any documents. Very hard to get in touch with agents. I was later contacted by Ms Camille Vaught. She has been very helpfult and cooperative after finding out about my request. She went out of her way to find my documents and e mail them to me.

You cannot get a call returned. When I was lucky enough to get someone on the phone I was given false and incorrect information. I was also told a document would be emailed to me within five minutes. A day later I have no email and cannot get my call returned. I then called the carrier directly and found out what I was told was false.
