I called in for a quote. Initially speaking with Ms Carol Kelly was so pleasant. I was told that she was sending out the necessary documents for me to fill out. And that I would have a quote the very next day. Sadly to say, that was on 2/18 it’s now 2/25 and no call back, no answered voicemail message, or email and definitely no pick up.I really need these quotes asap. I need to get NEMT General liability and Automobile liability insurance. Please help!

I have been trying to get a loss run report for one of our properties for over a month. I understand the frustration with sitting on hold with the insurance provider, but that is what Carol Kelly gets paid to do. We had many issues getting corrections made to one of the policies a couple of months ago, but all I heard from Carol is that she is working on it. I ended up calling Foremost Insurance myself and working it out. I would not recommend this particular agency or agent to anyone.
