Hub's service has been immensely valuable to our organization. Their care and concern has made us feel truly supported. They are willing to go above and beyond to ensure our employees have what they need. Specifically Claire and Katherine have been lifesavers and I will sing their praises to anyone who asks. They have made themselves available in person whenever we needed them. I don't know what I would do without them. Thank you!

We've called the Las Cruces office several times. Last year in June and again this year in June and July. No one has returned our calls. We've also called the ABQ office and no one answers the phone. We're at the point where we're seriously considering taking our business elsewhere.

§§§§ THE WORST COMPANY EVER §§§§ 0 Stars!!! I have never in my life been so infuriated with a company. I've come close a few times, but never have I been pushed over the edge like this. I'm not sure if this company just has generally corrupt business practices, poor training or if they have just made poor hiring choices. I had to call in 4 times and say the word cancel at least 50 or more times in order to get the "Cancellation Document". At one point I literally just repeated the word cancel and had to ask the representative if she knew what the word meant. Even then and despite my obvious frustrations , she continually attempted to tell me that I "MAY BE CHARGED BY THE STATE". To which, my reply was "That's between me and the state".
