I'm very disappointed with service in the Worcester office. I have tried calling the office numerous times. The phone rings and rings. One time I got somebody to answer but the noise in the background was so annoying (she was working remotely from home) that I told her I was hanging up. Another time a woman kept putting me on hold and finally told me that she would call me back with the info I needed. I simply wanted to consolidate car insurance policies. I ended up calling Mapfre directly and received much better service.

The number listed to call is not working. I had to call Mapfre's main office.
