Cheaper insurance, Amber was very helpful when I purchaes a new car and was very fast at the end of the day to make sure we were covered before our trip to Miami the next morning.

Unfortunately I'm not a customer, but I was trying to become a customer for a home insurance policy! After MULTIPLE emails back and forth reviewing, editing and asking questions regarding a quote from one of the representatives at this Allstate insurance branch - I finally decided to move forward to purchase the policy. I asked about the payment options versus full policy draft for the year. At the time of solidifying payment options I get an email from the agent advising me that he "just realized" that the home was more than 40 years old, and he can't underwrite the policy. 7+ emails back and forth and he never bothered to actually LOOK at what he was quoting apparently. Very frustrating and a GIANT waste of my time.

I haven’t had much experience to report because It hasn’t been long I joined Allstate. However, I’m able to speak with my rep whenever I need to talk to someone. Allstate insurance price is on the high side but not the worst. Nothing bad to report so far and I hope it remains that way throughout my time with them
