Thank goodness for David Cohen. Obtaining and maintaining health insurance is a MESS inside the guardrails of the govt - Medi-Cal and Covered California. If it weren't for the steady hand of David, me and my family would be paying 10x more than needed for basic health coverage. He unwound a ball of yarn at Medi-Cal that affected how Covered Calif viewed my family. They completely botched my annual paperwork to them and even deleted my income. David to the rescue!
