The office staff is pretty helpful and pleasant to deal with, registration is easier to handle here than the DMV, and the roadside assistance is good if you live in the area. Over the past several months, this office has declined in quality in a way that is both noticeable and deeply disappointing. I have been a member for over 45 years. Worst experience I’ve ever had trying to get someone on the phone for some help with urgent roadside assistance. Any other choice would be better than these guys. They’ll just make your minor inconvenience into a major one.

Mario L is rude and definitely does not like his job. Customer service training is definitely needed for him, it felt like I was walking on eggshells when talking to him while he just sighed. Thank you check in personnel, very nice and helpful as always.
