I respectfully do NOT suggest purchasing insurance at this establishment. One of their customers hit me in the Sam's Club parking lot, totally his fault and he admitted so. However he wanted to pay me off with 100 dollars, I said no, and he kindly, I Thought anyway, filed a claim with his insurance. However it them nearly 3 weeks to contact me. I went and had an estimate, and they did too. Conveniently they said I was 25% at fault because I did not take evasive measure to get out of the way. Again, conveniently they had a "Witness" to that claim. But they never personally looked at my car, took picture. They made their claims and never let me be a part of the discovery or to dispute the so called, convenient "witness". So they send me a check for 75 of the estimate to fix my car, and expec
