I used to give this place a 5 star review up until our insurance lady is no longer there. We had Marjorie and she was able to get me such amazing cheap insurance but the coverage was absolutely fantastic but now it's time to pay our 6 month premium but since Marjorie is no longer there and now have a new insurance lady, my insurance premium for 6 months doubled! It went from $759 every 6 months for just liability to now when I renew it on May 17th, 2025, it's now almost $1600 every 6 months! That's absolutely freaking insane to even pay as a single mother of 3 children and I'm not able to work at this point in time so right now I'm just in school doing my degree to be able to get a good job when my doctor says I can work again. So basically I'm supporting myself and my 3 children on my own

We have our insurance here for our vehicle and I needed a notary, as it turns out it's just one more service they offer. The whole office is terrific and they are happy to find the coverage that best suites your family for auto or home. I know they offer business insurances too and I would imagine they are great at that as well.

I had a great experience working with Cindy Sund, Duluth office, in switching to Holden from our old company for home and auto insurance bundle. All was taken care of efficiently and with grace. Very nice person! We have much better deal now.
