I've been with the Gardner agency. Over ten years, whenever I have concerns and I call, i'm always given courtesy, see and answers to my questions regarding my policy. All the gentlemen that work at the Gardner agency. I give a 10 for customer service., and when I do call, they put a smile on my face because they know exactly who I am and always always ask me how I am doing. My questions are answered with patience, respect, and kindness. Thank you all at the Gardner agency.

Just wanted to leave a review this agency is wonderful! Connor is amazing, we had issues with our current policy at corporate Allstate and tried to switch to Chris as our agent. Connor and Chris went above and beyond to get us as their insured, but the corporate Allstate was very difficult and in the end it didn’t work out. I do sincerely appreciate all they did to try to get us changed to them without an increase in premium.
