Kelly seemed, or “sounded”, nice, but definitely was far from providing great, or even descent customer service. Not only did she cost me over $300 extra per month for several months last year before realizing she did not have things correct on my policies, but she also sent my personal info to another office recently without my permission, and certainly without notifying me ahead of time. Total invasion of my privacy. Before forwarding my info, I had called and questioned her about a new plan comparison before my policy renewed- I was told she was checking into the policy situation I called about and would call me the same day, only for several days to go by and I never heard from her. I called again to follow up and was told by her coworker that she was out of the office at the time, b

My old Nationwide agent stopped affiliating with NW and I had to find a new agent. Kelly at Nowell was phenomenal. She not only handled everything seamlessly and expediently, she even save me money. Could not recommend Kelly and Nowell Agency higher.
