I highly recommend working with the Rice Agency's Hagerstown location. My agent, Patricia DeBracy, is exceptional! She is patient, thorough, and truly dedicated to finding the best rate while making sure I'm well taken care of. Patricia is highly professional and always willing to help, no matter what. She consistently follows through and ensures everything is in place. It's so reassuring to have someone who genuinely looks out for your best interests. I can't thank her enough for her support!

I have been a client for over 5 years, and Joel and his team have always been professional and courteous. They have always addressed my needs in a timely fashion. They have a lot of insurance carriers that they deal with, and I have found their rates to be the best. When I first came with the agency, They saved me over 500 dollars a year. I had been with the other company for many years and thought I had a good deal. The best thing with this agency is if I don’t like a certain insurance company they have many to choose from.

Just got a new mobile home insurance policy for a home I own through them. Called the # listed on Google. A guy named Nathan took my info and since he was in Mt. Airy, transferred it to Tammy. They got me a quote the same day and I was able to complete the process by going to the office in Hagerstown by setting up appointment. When arrived signed paperwork, gave check, and was insured by the time I walked out. Very quick, very courteous and kind, Tammy was a gem (great customer service). Saved me some money and didn't try to pressure me into getting more coverage than needed. Also didn't trying selling me anything either. Definitely recommend!!!! I thought Wright Gardner was good, but these guys are way better!

I have been a Rice agency customer for more than 25 years now. the service the staff provides is second to none. I use to change insurance carriers all the time searching for the lowest rates. Never had to do that here! Their rates have always been the lowest out there, and trust me, I have many offers that come in the mail saying they can save me money on my insurance, They talk a good game, but in the end they can't beat theses rates. The staff and great service is just a bonus. I have & would recommend them to anyone needing any type of insurance!

I have only been with Rice Agency for a little less then a year, but I can say it's been a wonderful experience! Michelle Flook is a great agent and is very professional, has amazing attention to detail and very thorough! Any question I have she is very quick to respond and get me the information that I needed/requested! Plus I can't complain at all the amount of money they saved me with having a 18yo daughter on my insurance! I highly recommend Michelle and Rice Agency!
