I have been with them for many years, but since the merger, customer service has tanked. My insurance has been dramatically increasing at last two renewals but I figured just the market. This year my homeowners spiked up and I can't get a returned call. I have ZERO CLAIMS. So tried State Farm and my premium is $1200/yr LESS for exact same limits. UPDATE: Upgraded to a 3 star as company reached out after seeing review.
