I can’t say enough good things about Scott Smith and his entire team. They are incredibly professional, responsive, and truly care about their customers. Tania, in particular, has been amazing—she’s always on top of any request, follows through quickly, and does a fantastic job making everything easy and stress-free. You can genuinely tell that Scott, Tania and the whole team truly go the extra mile to help their customers feel informed and supported. Amanda and their team take the time to really get to know you, what you need, and what’s most important to you and will cater a policy around those needs to make sure your always fully covered. They are also extremely knowledgeable and will take the time to thoroughly explain your policy with you so there’s never a question about what you’re getting. Ask them questions about how coverage works, and pick their brains on various scenarios. One thing I learnt is understanding “what goes into our insurance rates?”, and watch how your perspective changes on dealing with your insurance also known as “risk management”, I have always enjoyed getting our things taken care of in WA through the office of Scott Smith! (I can tell they spend time on training the team on how stuff works and not many insurance carriers come with a brick n mortar office to develop long term relationships).
