Highstreet has had a ton of turnover lately. And all their good agents have left. My policies got shuffled to an agent who didn't care to have my business, and refused to even help me with renewals. He didn't even contact me to give me a heads up that the policies were expiring, and when I contacted them, I was left unanswered for weeks. Extremely unprofessional. These people used to be great. Hopefully they can fix these issues...

Working with Highstreet Insurance (formerly Northwest Insurance Group) started off smoothly, but closing my accounts was a frustrating experience. My main representative, Heather, was unresponsive, and communication from her assistant Connor was poor. Despite assurances that no further payments would be taken after closing my business account, funds were still withdrawn and no refunds were issued. They also made several errors on cancellation forms and included my business details on my personal policy, leading to unnecessary back-and-forth. Eventually, I was told to deal with the insurance provider directly, who confirmed no refunds would be issued. Disappointed with how my concerns were handled, I ultimately chose to end all policies with them.

Wonderful response time on getting any issues, quotes, questions etc. resolved. Julie Leffingwell my agent found me, the best competitive pricing and most car insurance available to me. Julie was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also willing to explain your previous policy from a former insurance group and still beat there pricing, and get more coverage. I can’t explain in words on how insurance group has made me feel comfortable in buying insurance through them. Excellent customer service! I’d recommend this wonderful insurance group a million times. Thanks guys!😉

I had been with my insurance broker for many, many years. My broker was also a family friend and had attended family functions. She retired and sold her company which resulted in a complete stranger now handling my insurance business. I was less than thrilled, especially because it was a complete surprise so I was expecting problems from the beginning. However I was excited to learn that my new account rep (Chrystal) was excellent in customer service. In the past year I have had occasion to add a car, twice, delete a car, make a claim on homeowners, cancel another homeowners policy. Each and every time the service was outstanding. I highly recommend them. Oh, and I always get a second quote but the rates have always been the best!
