Have been the family’s insurer since the 1980’s yet they just keep giving us the worst customer service, failing to return our calls, never around to answer our calls, near refusal to ever insure claims, but very quick to raise our rates astronomically all while offering less coverage than any one of their competitors. I wouldn’t waste your time or money with this provider due to their pitiful attempts at customer service and astronomical rates, and heaven forbid you need them to do what you pay them for without extreme hassle and even higher rates regardless if the claim was your fault. My rates are still inflated from 7 year old speeding ticket of 36 in a 30, it went from $150/month to $330/month because of that one ticket and has never dipped since.
