I was overcharged by roughly $3000 over a two year period. Very disappointed that my agent did not catch this. If you want a business, that will look out for their customers I would recommend going elsewhere.

Rate for auto & home beat State Farm! I worked with Tonya Joyner, she was VERY knowledgeable of the industry & products/services and EXCEPTIONAL with the soft skills of building a relationship (and not just a business transaction) from start to end. I discovered Tonya to be local Greenwood asset for both clients and our community. I understand ICS, an independent agency is growing products/services....and growing it's footprint in South Carolina! I suspect Tonya is just one of the reasons why. BTW, I found ICS after an exhausting (yuck!) search of EVERY major (and minor) agency...near and far..online and not....over a period of about a month.
