i’ve been trying to reach out to him to get a certificate of renters insurance and I have not heard back from him in over 24 hours. Do not recommend.

I'm surprised to find a 2.3 rating. I have not experienced any of the negative things that some of these comments. Randy has always done a great job keeping everything accurate and affordable, and I've had to file a claim twice through them, and I got a little more than I actually thought I would have, there was a very insignificant rate jump which is understandable, and everybody from Randy through the company to the adjuster have been fantastic. It's sad that often people will post a negative far more often than they will a positive. Randy highness and Allstate Insurance deserve my five stars. :-) thanks Randy!

I dropped Allstate after being a customer for over 10 years. I was able to get identical coverage with State Farm for half of what Allstate was charging me. I stopped by this office in-person 10 days ago and told them I was closing my account (prior to my renewal date), but I just received another billing email today indicating that they didn't actually close my account, so now I have to waste time dealing with Allstate corporate to correct this. Take your business elsewhere.

Cheap renters insurance, but whenever I have needed something from Randy like an address change, I don't hear back. I have to send a follow up email months later, then he will finally make the change, after having me re explain everything I already did. He does seem like a nice enough guy, I'm just glad I haven't needed to make a claim and am planning to switch providers this fall.

I purchased insurance online and was forced to make the effective date the next day and they took their payment from my bank the next day. Then when I was able to view documents online 2 days later they showed an effective date 6 days after I purchased it. When I called and questioned it they gave me a major run around and told me I could purchase rental insurance to have an effective date the next day or I could pay $50 more to change it. They were very quick to take my money now I need to wait a week or more for a refund.
