The Team in Mr. Doyle's office is genuinely One of a Kind. My interaction today with Ms. Wakefield reinforced just that - in the best way possible. Each time I reach out (regardless of the specific team member that engages to resolve my request) generates a predictably exceptional experience in all aspects: professionalism, efficiency, knowledge and grace. I was the first in our family to switch to the team (even though I reside two hours from their office) but a few months into my highly positive experience, my parents decided to move all of their policies as well. Well Done Team Doyle.

My old policy had expired, and my new State Farm policy was scheduled to start a few days later, but I needed to drive my car. Brad helped set up my new insurance within minutes. He was extremely helpful and efficient.

Brad was very helpful and answered all my questions. Easy to talk to and understand. Picking out a policy took very little time and saved me money compared to my old auto policy. The secretary was also very helpful and nice.
