Highmark Direct Health Insurance Store

I spoke with Mary today regarding different insurance product available with Highmark. She was genuine in her desire to answer all of my questions, did additional research, and provided a wealth of information to help me make an informed decision. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a health plan through Highmark.

Very nice experience all around. I honestly didn't know insurance companies had stores like this but I highly recommend. The agent was friendly, patient with me and my 100s of questions, and really took the time to make sure I understood what plan would help me the most. Two thumbs way, way up. 👍👍💯

Weekly Monday movie. Yoga Tues & Fri. monthly Book Club. Bridge Club Thurs. Wellness Wed. Very friendly and welcoming staff here. How wonderful to enjoy these supportive services and fun activities -- all provided by your Medicare Advantage group. No wonder Highmark is SO well-rated!

This company is the worst I would not recommend them to my enemy. If I could leave 0 stars I would they don’t care about you. They just want to pocket your premium and screw you on the benefits you actually pay for

This store has been a life saver for me! I have been contacting them with any concerns for the past 2 years and they have always been friendly and helpful. The people at this location are the only reason I am still with Highmark insurance.
