terrible customer service, overcharged for a cancelled policy and can't get anyone to respond to my numerous phone and email inquiries

Hermes has been my insurance rep for over 5 years. He and his staff are willing to go through your policies and make sure you understand what you are getting. They also see how they can save you money and make sure you are covered as your life changes.

It is sad that there is still people who will benefit employeers and not the clients. Not only that, Ermes will only answer to good reviews and not bad reviews. When there is discrepancies in a 1099 form and you don't verify with the client or ask all the necessary questions to verify all information is correct, that is unprofessional and unethical. Today I called to get some answers about my husband taxes, his secretary was rude and hung up the phone. I choose to take to other accountant to help us with an ammendment and clearly saw he was looking for the employers benefit not our as a client. Sad to believe there is people who thinks that because we don't know about the subject and immigrants, he can take advantage of that.

I called Hermes Almaguer to check if my email update went through for my account. I said my name and the reason for my call, expecting to have to give my name again (clarifying the spelling) and more identifying information like my date of birth, my address, my phone number, etc., like I have to with all other companies I have had to call. But just as I finished saying my name and the reason for my call, Hermes had already the answer I was looking for! This shows the attention to detail he has for his customers. He remembered me enough to be able to pull up my account in a matter of seconds, and I was so touched that he is able to give this kind of personal care for his customers. This company has a secretary that does not like to comprehended/listen to their clients. Constantly interupting me and saying I am the ruds one. For example I have a automatic pay but this month i wanted to pay ahead of time so i did and next month i relized that the Automatic payment was cancelled. I called and they said that they can put the Automatic payment back and they never did. I got 2 consecutive late payments and almost lost my insurance and their excuses were the following. Go find another company and they cant fix it. I tried to explain and they didnt want to understand. Its been almost a year and to this they they STILL cant put the Automatic payment back.
