They have been a complete nightmare. We have mold and I pay for 50,000.0o worth of extra coverage. We had a leak and they denied both claims. Which is complete BS! I take care of my home and have necessary maintenance. Our dishwasher leaked causing the mold and they are saying it had to be an “accidental loss”. And found no damage I paid 575.00 for a mold report ( which she told me would help push along the claim) and tons of pictures of all the damage from water. The desk adjuster, Betty muhhamed, has no idea what she is doing. They used everything I said against me. The manager NEVER once called me back after leaving numerous voice mails. Stay away worst customer service, they are a nightmare to deal with. I'm still waiting to resolve claims for past 3 years. Please don't fall for the lower cost not worth it. Representatives are rude I had to record the person to prove to my attorney the treatment and service. Company is shady and does bad business. You will regret it later. I will be up loading recording to youtube so the world can see what they will deal with STAY AWAY LOOK THEM UP ON THE BBB WEBSITE!!!!

Over 10 yrs with this company had a leak in my house due to storms and its been yrs fighting for them to pay and refuses to pay.. DO NOT USE THEM AS YOUR HOME INS. TERRIBLE!!
