One of the Uber drivers they insure ran a stop sign and totaled my car. When I tried to file a claim i was told the individual that struck me wasn’t in the vehicle he owned that was insured by Hereford . So I opened my own claim with my insurance. After verifying that the at fault party showed me an official ID card with that car on it ,I was told that in their system that car isn’t insured but they will see what they can do for me, but no guarantees. I was then given Christine Wood as an adjuster. Somebody really needs to investigate this business and also revoke her license. First they refused to accept fault . Then after 2 weeks going back and forth, sending them the nyc stop sign laws ;as well as right of way laws , I finally got them to accept 100% fault. Mind you I sent all this in
