I would have given zero stars if that were an option. Utterly unprofessional agency. It took them two months, countless emails and phone calls, and ultimately having to escalate the issue, just to send us the policy we had already paid for. Their behavior throughout was dismissive and disorganized. In short, an incompetent group of people with inflated egos, the worst possible combination. Their 2.3 Yelp rating reflects reality far better than their inflated 4.9 shown here. (Response to owner’s reply): There’s no confusion here, our experience was indeed with your agency, and it was exactly as described.
