This insurance company is absolutely subpar when it comes to processing claims correctly. They have no one to act as a liaison to your dental office. Instead, you have to stay on top of claims constantly....with little to no result. Constant errors and dropping the ball have become my experience with this dental company. I've been disappointed numerous times with their performance when it comes to follow up. Beyond unreal.

WORST COMPANY EVER!! Went through 8 months of trying to get dental procedures done with constant denials. Repeatedly called & asked for help with getting everything straightened out. Different stories from every representative. Bottom of the barrel providers & when there’s a problem you’re on your own. You could have 2 teeth left in your mouth & they’ll still say that you have enough to chew! Dentists that work there got their licenses out of a crackerjack box!!!

Can confirm Healthplex shady, dishonest and useless company. Been waiting since Sept 2024 for root canal approval. Denied, appealed, overturned appeal but never notified me, dentist put new claim in, denied again, customer service not helpful at all. Going in circles, infection spreading. Stupid.

This company SUCKS! the whole customer service team is a bunch of liars and weasels. We are due money back from a claim from 2023. 2 weeks after my daughter was born but submitted in 2024 to the address on the card (they only accept current year claims which was now 2024). it then got sent to the 2023 address 2 months later so March. We got told it was outside the reporting window even though it was a year and now no one is helping with our claim. This is the worst customer service experience i have ever had and they are robbing the people not paying out their claims. They should not exist. if only you can give 0 Stars

I wish I could give zero stars, or negative stars. In my entire life, I have never seen an insurance company with such terrible service. 1. Their customer service is useless. You sit on hold for an average of 25 minutes for absolutely nothing, they can't even update your mailing address. 2. They won't pay for anything except a general check and cleaning. Forget it if you need an implant or crowns, they just refuse under any condition. You might as well not have dental insurance if you have these people, it would be less frustrating.
